A family moulding shop
that makes the whole part
Since 1997 we have been moulding technical rubber for engineering, agriculture and the automotive industry. Design, mould making, compounding, moulding, finishing and quality control – all under one roof in Slovakia.
Our story
Seal Sk started in 1997 as a small family workshop and has grown into a moulding shop handling anything from single pieces to full production runs. Over the years we have built our own toolroom, so we can design and make the mould ourselves – which gives us control over the whole process and the lead time.
We do not buy in finished parts and simply add our logo. Every product that leaves our works has been designed, moulded and inspected by us – so we can tell you exactly what it is made of and how it will behave in service.
How we make it
Six steps entirely under our control – nothing is bought in ready-made or sent out to a subcontractor.
Design and documentation
Váš výkres, 3D model, vzorka alebo len popis funkcie dielu sa zmení na kompletnú výrobnú dokumentáciu – rozmery, tolerancie aj vhodná zmes.
Making the steel mould
Formu navrhneme a vyrobíme vo vlastnej nástrojárni. Pri opakovaných zákazkách ju uskladníme pre ďalšie objednávky.
Compounding
Namiešame gumovú zmes (NBR, EPDM, MVQ, FKM, CR, SBR a ďalšie) s vlastnosťami presne podľa toho, kde a ako sa diel použije.
Moulding and vulcanising
Zmes sa vylisuje do formy a tepelne spracuje (vulkanizuje), čím získa svoj finálny tvar aj mechanické vlastnosti.
Finishing
Výlisky orežeme, upravíme povrch a doladíme rozmery, aby diel presne sedel tam, kam patrí.
Inspection and dispatch
Každá séria prejde výstupnou kontrolou kvality a rozmerov, až potom putuje k vám – ako kusovka, alebo veľká séria.
