From idea
to finished moulding
We handle the entire production chain in-house – no subcontractors, with our own toolroom. That keeps lead times, price and quality under our control.

Consultation and design
We take your drawing, 3D model, sample or simply a description of what the part has to do. We advise on compound, hardness and design so the part is both manufacturable and cost-effective.

Mould design
We design the mould in CAD, including parting lines, gates and venting, allowing for the shrinkage of the specific compound after vulcanising.

Mould making
The steel mould is made in our own toolroom – milling, turning, EDM. That keeps both lead times and quality under our control.

Moulding and vulcanising
The part is moulded on hydraulic presses under precisely controlled temperature and pressure. The compound is chosen to suit the environment and loading.

Finishing and inspection
Deflashing, grinding where needed, and a final dimensional check. Production runs also receive statistical quality control.

Dispatch
Packing and dispatch – one-offs and large runs, within Slovakia and abroad.
